To create and segment audiences using filters:
- On the left sidebar, click on the Audience tab to access the audience management section.
- Use the available filters such as time period, property, booking or stay history, and source to refine your audience. You can also combine multiple filters to create highly specific audience segments.
- Once the filters are applied, click the blue button on the top right corner + New Audience. Give your audience a name and click Save.
- You can view and manage all saved audiences under the Audience tab and make them available to view and access to other members in your organization as well.
