Setting up the CDP Browser Plug-In

If you are using Google Chrome as your browser then you can install the TrustYou CDP Extension as a browser plugin. 

First, you need to go to "Manage Connections", click on "Add Connection" in the upper right corner and add the CDP Browser Plugin connection, then this will appear:

Clicking on the Chrome icon will take you to the Chrome web store where you can add the "TrustYou CDP Extension" to your browser. You can also use this link.

When this is done, you can click the clipboard icon in order to connect the plugin to CDP.

After setting up the CDP Browser Plug-In you can then go to your PMS (apaleo/ibelsa) and when looking at a reservation there, click the CDP Browser Plug-In and you will open the corresponding CDP profile for that guest, giving you valuable context.

We recommend that you pin the plugin to your browser so that you have it readily available when needed.
