What is RFM segmentation?
CDP offers a premade RFM (Recency-Frequency-Monetary) segmentation:
This is evaluating your customers based on recency (when did they last bring business?), frequency (are they returning customers?) and monetary (how much did they spend?).
Of course, you can also filter for the different RFM segments in the filters on the right (and use these to create and save your own audiences):
With these filters you can build your own audiences and use those to create your own custom-made marketing outreaches e.g. with Mailchimp.
