How to create and manage Text Message Templates

Under Targeting > Message Templates you can set up Text Message Templates in CDP to be used when sending out messages via Twilio/SMS.

Click on "+ Add Template" and you will see this menu:

You can give the template a name and then define the message.

CDP provides several placeholder variables for you to drag and drop into your message:
Related to the Guest:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Full Name

About their Reservation:

• State (referring to reservationStatus)
• Arrival Date
• Departure Date

Location:

• Location Name
