The Connectors page (Connectivity → Connectors) is where TrustYou links your data sources and destination systems together. Each configured integration appears as a card showing its connection type and status, with arrows tracing the direction data flows - from source systems on the left, through the central TrustYou hub, out to your messaging and analytics tools on the right.
In this example, eight connectors are configured. Source connectors (left) feed guest and booking data into TrustYou; destination connectors (right) receive processed data for campaigns, transactional emails, and consent tracking. Use Add Connector in the top right to configure a new integration.
The most important connectors are:
-
PMS
e.g. Apaleo, Ibelsa, Mews, Oracle Hospitality, RMS, Sihot or StayNTouch
Each connection requires individual credentials such as client ID and passwords, hotel IDs or other platform related credentials.
-
Audience Sync
Sync your predefined guest segments with your audience in your marketing communication tool (e.g. Mailchimp). Find more information under How do I create and segment audiences using filters?
-
Transactional Communication
Connect the CDP with your marketing communication tool to process real time sending (e.g. booking confirmations). Find more information under What is Transactional Communication?
-
Campaign Activity
The CDP imports marketing campaign statistics from your marketing communication tool (e.g. Mailchimp).
-
Transactional Logs
The CDP imports statistics and content of your transactional messaging from your marketing communication tool (e.g. Mandrill) to show the historical data flow and provide additional workflows.
Find more information under Use Cases of the CDP Communication Log
-
Consent Import
If the marketing consent information on guest level cannot be imported from the PMS, the CDP can use a Mailchimp audience to ingest this information.
