How often does TrustYou CDP synchronize audience data and can I trigger synchronization manually?

  • Navigate to the Left Sidebar: In TrustYou CDP, go to the left sidebar where you’ll find various sections and dashboards.
     
  • Click on "Audience Sync": Start by clicking on the Targeting tab.
     
  • Set Synchronization Frequency/Timeframe: In TrustYou CDP, you can configure the data sync frequency for a specific time period (e.g., from X date to X date), on a daily basis, or choose a specific time of day for the data to sync from a particular source.
