Which filter options does the CDP provide?

TrustYou CDP provides a comprehensive set of filter criteria split across two main categories. A third category of additional filters is currently in development and will become available in a future release.

Booking Filters

These filters are based on reservation data pulled directly from your PMS:

• Booking Date - date the reservation was created
• Booking Modified At - date the reservation was last modified
• Booking Source - where the reservation originated (e.g. direct, OTA, GDS)
• Reservation Status - current status of the overall reservation
• Guest Reservation Status - status specific to the guest on the reservation (e.g. CheckedOut)
• Market Segment - the market segment code from your PMS
• Rate - the rate code applied to the reservation
• Room Category - the category of room booked
• Revenue Category - revenue classification from your PMS
• Service Code - service or package codes attached to the reservation
• Stay Arrival - the arrival date of the stay
• Stay Departure - the departure date of the stay

Individual (Guest Profile) Filters

These filters are based on data held in the guest's CDP profile, aggregated across all their reservations:

• Full Name - guest's name on file
• Email - email address on record
• Email Consent Given - whether the guest has given marketing consent
• Gender - as recorded in the PMS
• Guest Language - preferred language
• Country of Residence - guest's home country
• Children - whether children are included on reservations
• Days Until Next Birthday - number of days until the guest's next birthday
• Average Satisfaction Score - average review score across all stays
• Total Bookings - total number of bookings in the CDP
• Total Revenue - total revenue attributed to this guest
• Total Stay Nights - cumulative nights stayed across all reservations
• Total Stays - number of completed stays
